Traffic of the Future

This lecture series will familiarize the audience with many different views to the future of traffic and moving. What is the role of electric cars in the future and will they be moving autonomously? Or could traffic be organized as service, where different vehicles take you from one place to another?

Smart Energy

Energy production is living a change where traditional production methods are replaced with renewable sources of energy. Henceforth production is more dependent on the environment and big leaps are also required in energy transportation and storage. What an electrical engineer should know about a smart power system? This lectures series tries to answer the aforementioned question.

What ASW?

Alumni&Student Weekend 2017 is an overview of the most important topics, technologies and new inventions in electronics, electrical engineering, bioinformation technology, automation and information technology of today. The event is organized by guilds from the School of Electrical Engineering: Inkubio (guild for bioinformation technology and biomedical engineering), AS (guild for automation and systems technology) and SIK (guild for electrical engineering) and their alumni associations BioDI, AS-alumnit and Sklubi. The event is organized in co-operation with Energiajohtajat ry and Aalto University School of Electrical Engineering.
